Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii Parubii signed and submitted to the President for signing the draft law №4666 on limited and additional liability companies.
“Today, I signed and submitted to the president for signing the important European integration law№4666 on limited and additional liability companies. I am confident that this law will improve the business climate and attract foreign investments in Ukrainian economy”, A. Parubii wrote in Twitter on Tuesday night, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
As was reported, on February 6, the Verkhovna Rada endorsed in the second reading the draft law№4666 with technical and legal amendments.
“Today, the said question is not regulated by the legislation, enacted back in 1991. In the meantime, the limited liability companies is the most widespread form of business in Ukraine. Over 0.5 mln of such companies in Ukraine”, Chairman of VR’s Committee for Economic Policy Andrei Ivanchuk (Narodnyi Front faction) said, presenting the draft law in the parliament.
