The Ukraine’s State Commission for Securities and Stock Market has approved a draft decision
The State Committee for Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine has endorsed a draft decision on procedure for creation and keeping records in the uniform registry of financial institutions providing services in the securities market» at its regular meeting, the press-service of the SCSSM reports.
The registry of licensed professional players in the stock market and registry of Institute of Mutual Investment served as the source and gave grounds for creating the uniform registry. Records on inclusion, exclusion and entering changes to the IMI’s registry will be primary, while the unified registry will be automatically correlated and adjusted. Thus, the information about professional players in the stock market will be automatically included, upon the request sent and without any supporting documents or applications, to the registry next business day since the date of issue of a license for carrying out professional activities in the stock market or entering relevant data into the IMI’s registry. In case of necessity to get information from the registry about a legal person, an excerpt will be issued upon an inquiry.
