The Constitutional Court of Ukraine’s decision dd. 14.03.2014, №2-рп/2014
Under the decision passed by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine dd. 14.03.2014 under № 2-рп/2014, the resolution on holding the All-Crimean referendum dd. 06.03.2014, № 1702-6/14 adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea has been declared as unconstitutional.
Resolution № 1702-6/14 has been adjudged unconstitutional and invalid since the date decision № 2-рп/2014 is passed by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
Thus, the regulations that set out the procedure for nation-wide registration of businesses, in line with the law of Ukraine on national registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs registered and accountable to in Ukraine and Crimea, have remained unchanged.
Accordingly, the agreements concluded between business entities that are registered and accountable to in Ukraine and Autonomous Republic of Crimea are not regarded as those entered into for the purpose of running international business.
