Taxpayer service centers
Inasmuch as regional authorities dealing with tax issues have remained idle so far in the anti-terrorist zone, the taxpayer service centres have been relocated, citing the Information & Communication unit at NFS of Ukraine.
The information on moving taxpayer service centres to other locations is being constantly updated and published on the official website of the NCSSM in section Home > Banner> Information for the eastern Ukraine.
It is worth noting that taxpayers can file tax reports in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine to the service centres which location was changed:
in person or through the authorized person;
- via e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt and description of the contents;
- electronically, following the requirements for registration of e-signature by accountable persons in manner and within the period specified by the legislation.
In case a taxpayer cannot file tax returns within a deadline, the latter can apply to the fiscal authority asking to extend the deadline for tax reporting.
To sum up, the digital signature services can be given in the representative offices of the NFS in any borough throughout Ukraine.
