According to the information provided by the HO of the National Fiscal Service in Kyiv city, the documents required for issuance of the license permitting to trade in alcoholic beverages and tobacco products can be submitted to the NFS bodies in person or sent as a registered letter. Besides, the registration certificate for cash registers (transaction record books) is not required, as set forth in Ordinance of the NFS passed on 14.02.2015, under No 85, which enters the changes to recommendations for organization of operation of HOs of the NFS, covering acceptance of documents and issuance of licenses for trade in alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, what is set out in resolution dd. 24.10.2014, No 213.
To get a license, the entrepreneurs should provide:
– ID document;
– application;
– money order marked “paid in” by the bank;
– certificate from the revenue authority confirming the registration of electronic cash registers (transaction record books) kept at the trading places;
– power of attorney.
