Ministry of Revenue and Duties on its website published a draft resolution «On Approving the Form of certificate of payment of tax on disposal of withdrawn vehicles and forms of certificate of tax exemption».
The document reads as follows:
According to item 250.16 Article 250 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolves:
1. To approve the form of a certificate of payment of tax on disposal of withdrawn vehicles.
2. To approve the form of a certificate of exemption from tax on the disposal of withdrawn vehicles.
3. Before introduction of forms of Tax receipt for the disposal of withdrawn vehicles and form of Certificate of exemption from tax for utilization of withdrawn vehicles as forms of strict accountability, bodies of of revenue and duties upon importing vehicles into the customs territory of Ukraine and manufacturers upon sale of vehicles issue certificates specified in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this resolution, under samples approved by this Resolution.
4. This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
