Doctor will make an entry in the database, HR will check
Ministry of Health of Ukraine with the participation of the State Service of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development and other concerned agencies tasked to implement an electronic register of temporary loss of capacity, the press service of the Entrepreneurship informs.
Following the meeting involving concerned central executive authorities, Head of State Committee for Entrepreneurship Mykhailo Brodsky said: «If we implement this electronic registry, there will be no need to manufacture and purchase hospital leaves, which will save the budget».
Consequently, each doctor will get access key in the database with their signature. Doctor will record patient data in the register, the term of disability, and then give entry number directly to the patient. Human Resources Department will verify this registry entry and write out sick allowance, if applicable.
According to Mykhailo Brodsky, the parties were able to negotiate a simplification. Launch through the electronic records of hospital sheets.
