Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC is ready to sell Nord Steam-2 shares at the auctions, if UK court rules on the compulsory collection of arrears from Gazprom, amounting to 2.6 billion dollars,
Commercial Officer Yuri Vitrenko said during Naftogaz’s press conference, liga.net reports.
"At the end of this year, there will be hearings on enforcement (decisions of Stockholm Arbitration - ET) in UK. If we win, and before that time Gazprom does not fulfill the court decision, Nord Stream-2 shares will be sold at auction", he said.
It should be reminded that the fine of Russia’s Gazprom for nonfulfillment of Stockholm Arbitration Court ruling in the case against Naftogaz of Ukraine already reached $110 million.
