U.S. Secretary of Defense encouraged the Congress to find money for possible war.
U.S. army should be ready to respond to DPRK’s provocations, U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis said while delivering speech at the annual meeting of U.S. Army Association, Correspondent reports quoting CBS News.
“The only thing, which U.S. can do, is to be ready that we have military options, which the President may use if required”, Mattis said.
He also reminded that U.S. and UNO continue taking diplomatic efforts for solving the situation around DPRK’s nuclear and missile programs.
Mattis also encouraged the Congress to consider the readiness of the budget for the heavy-handed approach to the solution of situation with DPRK.
