As per results of the next five-year revision, U.S. will cancel the antidumping duty on Ukraine’s supplies of the Solid Agricultural Grade Ammonium Nitrate, imposed in September, 2001, U.S. Department of Commerce informed, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
It is noted that the revision of the duty was initiated on May 1, 2018; however, the statements from internal producers were not received.
The agency clarifies that the official message about such results of the revision will be published on June 18.
It should be reminded that the antidumping duty was imposed on September 12, 2001, amounting to 156.3% in respect to Stirol and all other Ukrainian enterprises.
