Specialists at Holosiivska STI remind of new procedure for filling tax and customs payment orders
From 26 November this year when filling payment orders you need to follow procedure for preparation of the documents for transfer at payment of (collecting) taxes, customs duties, single contribution, budget refund of VAT, return of erroneous or excessive funds approved by the MRD of 22.10.2013, № 609, informs State Tax Inspection in Holosiivska district of MRD Central Administration in Kyiv.
We will remind that the procedure prescribes for filling the text box "purpose of payment" in the payment order for payment of taxes / duties, single contribution, customs duties and other.
It should be stressed that each type of payment and each code of payment is done in a separate transfer document.
It should be noted that when filling the fields gaps (spaces) between words and service marks are not allowed. As any gap can be interpreted as the filling with violation. In this case the transfer documents is accepted, but the money is automatically credited as taxes, duties, single contribution (code 101), regardless of the code specified in the payment order.
