The company expects for the increase of proceeds, despite the sanctions.
In Q2 2017, the losses from blocking Mail.ru Group products in Ukraine made up 1.5% from the annual proceeds, according to the press release, issued by the company, Correspodent.net reports.
Mail.Ru Group noted that it plans to increase financial forecasts for 2017. The company expects that the proceeds will soon increase by 23-26%.
“The blocking of our products in Ukraine in the second quarter negatively impacted our proceeds; we appraise the effect of negative impact at 1.5% from the total amount of our proceeds in 2017. Despite that, in other spheres our business performance indicators remain high. We expect that the proceeds in 2017 will increase versus 2016 on a comparable basis not by 17-21%, as we spoke previously, but by 23-26%, and will amount to 52.6-53/9 bln rubles”, the company reported.
